I just sent my request for account help and I’ve been told it’s liable t take 2-4 weeks before I get an answer. I’m not pleased with that. I tend to spend money in this game, not as much as some folks I know, but enough to make my issue important enough to asnser timely. I’m going to try the ATA website, of that doesn’t work, I guess I’ll find another game. I have zero patience when there is money burning a hole in my pocket.

Ok from time to time we get a bit hot headed and write stuff . But ! It would seem that certain longer players no how to get you silenced after they have insulted you themselves . Sometimes even worse. It'an unfair system whereby you're trying to make a complaint and are not allowed to respond to the acccusations
