with a shield duration of 4 turns, could that mean laser damage could somehow change or another city defense meta change?

Nuke Class

1: Heightened elemental force strike attacks in a line with 40% more damage against ICE buildings.

2: Elemental exploit beam attacks in a line for 110% damage with 65% more damage against FIRE buildings. Reduces defense of all affected buildings by 40% for 2 turns (reusable in 2 turns).

3: Inverts the elemental weakness chart to attack all for 80% damage with 75% more damage against POISON buildings. Slows all affected buildings by 40% for 1 turn (reusable in 4 turns).

R lichard:
1st abilty: same thing as b lichard

2nd: 70% damage to all buildings, confuses lasers with 80% to hit a building for one turn(excluding hqs) reusable in 3 turns

3rd: prevents all lasers from attacking lichard for 2 turns if other monsters are alive, and giving guardian angel on allies for 2 turns. If either monster dies during that time, they will revive with 50% max hp plus 70% defense boost for two turns (reusable in 5 turns)

G lichard

1st: blasts forward in a line and fast forwards teams' timers by 20%

2nd: draws in souls of the damned to attack all buildings for 110% damage. All affected buildings (excluding HQ's) become Confused with a 30% chance they will attack a building for 3 turns (reusable in three turns)

3rd: wicked ritual prevents lasers from attacking Lichard for 2 turns (if other monsters are alive) and casts Guardian Angel on allies for 2 turns. If either monster dies during that time, they will revive w/ 65% MAX HP, plus an additional 30% MAX HP for 2 turns (reusable in 5 turns)

I think r lich is the best, highest chance to make turrets attack each other
