The challenge will be focused on these 3 different classes to include everyone. Those classes will be Support, (endurance) / Nuke , (weight lifting) / Tank, (power lifting).
Support competitions will use your body weight. Those exercises will be:
1.) Push ups
2.) Dips
3.) Pull ups
4.) Body weight squats
5.) Jump lunges
*perform as many as you can using proper form. Don't pause in between reps to catch your breath or rest your fatigue.
Nuke's competition will be AMRAP, (as many reps as possible), of 3 tiers of 3 main lifts: the squat, the bench and the deadlift.
Tier 1: AMRAP of 135lbs
Tier 2: AMRAP of 225lbs
Tier 3: AMRAP of 315lbs
Tank challenge will be a 1 rep max challenge:
Post videos of your new personal goal for your 1 rep max for your squat, bench or deadlift.
You're encouraged to post often, to show improvement. Videos must be made for this competition, (older videos won't count toward the challenge but can be posted to show how far you've come during it).
Rivalries are encouraged! Someone else using YOUR avatar and you want to battle to see who the rightful owner is? Bring it to the competition. Smash them!
Someone just beat your score on one of your vids? Make another one and show them how strong you are! Just want to see how far you can push yourself? Post a new video to show how much you improved from your last one.
