Set the weights on fire, do it blindfolded and take a shot of "cheeky lemonade" every minute for a good time!

I only know what front squats are. What does 185/125 means?


John the numbers are the perscr ibed weight. The first number is for men the second is for women

Ok, I google searched how to do these and have another question, (Soz), do you do all 3 of these movements as one exercise?

Yeah you do all 9 as one movement and whatever time is left for that minute you rest. But once the minute is up you have to do all nine again For 20 minutes

It's just like doing a complex. If you do them in the order listed each movement leaves you in position to do the next one
